...and idle ideas are even worse. Everybody's got 'em. Very few people do much with them. It's what you do with them that makes all the difference.

If you've got an idea, a vision, or even a complaint about downtown or urban neighborhoods, save up that energy a bit and find a way and a place to apply it in a way that will make a difference and be productive. But also be sure to be ready to back it up with action.

So where do you take all that energy? I just might know who you need to talk to in order to get your issue, be it good or bad, to the right table for discussion. Give me a shot.
